Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Live Stream Sales
Due to the nature of live stream sales, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo evidence.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and we may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
